Bonuses are awarded at the discretion of the casino. They remain the property of the casino at all times and may be withdrawn from player accounts, amended or withheld at the discretion of the management.
A player can not make any cash-out until he met with the wagering requirement. If a bonus does not have an advertised wagering requirement, then the default requirement for the casino comes into effect.
The current default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus and deposit amount.
Wagers made on the following games and live games will not count towards these wagering requirements: Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, Sic-Bo, Black jack and Black Jack switch.
If you generally play these games and feel that the exclusion policy is unfair on your gaming, the casino manager can offer exemption in some cases. Please email him for further details before depositing.
Advertising material for promotional offers will not contain complete terms and conditions but will refer players to this policy, the general terms and conditions of the casino and a web page with full promotional details on it. Players agree to read these when taking up any promotion.
If an error has been made in any promotional material, players will be notified of the mistake by similar means.
Due to Internet specific technical issues that cannot be controlled by the casino, all promotions, bonus awards and offers that are time specific will go into effect from the time the casino issues them, not when the player receives them. If any communication is delayed from the time the casino issues it, then the casino is not responsible for the player missing a promotion or bonus deadline and will not be required to repeat the promotion or extend an expiry deadline.
Any dispute regarding bonuses will be treated with due attention, but will ultimately be decided by the casino manager.
