First Deposit Bonus Terms and Conditions
The First Deposit Bonus is awarded under the general terms of New York Casino's bonus terms and rules of fair play.
Players must wager an amount at least equal to 20x the bonus amount and deposit amount before making any cash out.
Players are reminded that bonus awards are for wagering purposes only and may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for the award have been met.
Wagers made on the following games will not count towards these wagering requirements:
Baccarat, Roulette, Craps Sic Bo, Black Jack and Black Jack Switch.
The First Deposit Bonus is the only bonus awarded with a player's first deposit at the casino.

Voting Promotions:

Withdrawals
Withdrawals at New York Casino normally take 4 days to process before being approved. You are allowed only one active account. Winnings will only be paid to players having ONE account. If you have more than one account, all winnings and bonuses will be void. Only one account per household is allowed.
Players will be allowed to withdraw not more than $10,000 per month.
